TEDD breaks down all the action from the BLAST.tv Austin Major Europe Regional Qualifier, held from April 14 to 17. HEROIC and OG emerged as early qualifiers with dominant 3-0 runs through the Swiss bracket. HEROIC continued its legacy by securing a seventh consecutive Major appearance, while OG overcame Metizport in a tense three-map showdown, powered by Chr1zN’s outstanding 1.72 rating. TEDD highlights the key performances and pivotal plays that shaped the outcome. He also discusses how Nemiga, BetBoom, and Metizport clinched spots with 3-1 records, and how B8 upset Astralis in the final MRQ round to book their ticket. Meanwhile, TEDD takes a critical look at the disappointing performances of fnatic, BC.Game, and especially GamerLegion, who exited with a shocking 1-3 record despite being the highest-ranked team in the qualifier. From underdog stories to unexpected eliminations, TEDD explores what made this MRQ unforgettable.
